Amelia Connors was the daughter of Emmett and Leanne, and the sister of Jared. In January 1982, along with her parents, she was shot dead in an Alexandria hotel. At the time of her death, she was in 9th grade and a high school cheerleader.
Although Andrew Larrick is originally suspected of committing the murders, Amelia's brother Jared later confesses that he was responsible. Speaking specifically about Amelia, her brother said: "She didn't deserve that."
