Arkady Ivanovich Zotov is a main character on the FX series, The Americans. He is the KGB Resident at the Rezidentura and has interesting relationships with his colleagues Oleg Burov and Tatiana Ruslanova. As the Resident, he does his best to assist KGB operatives, such as Philip and Elizabeth Jennings, in the field.
Before Nina Krilova was sent back to the Soviet Union for treason, he thought very highly of her.
