Robert "Rob" Owen McKenzie was a KGB illegal based in Boston. Without notifying the KGB, he married Joyce, and had a baby boy, Oscar. His secret family lived Philadelphia.
According to Rob's Pennsylvania driver's license, he was 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed 170 pounds, lived on Larchwood Avenue, and was born November 23, 1966.
Robert was substantially younger than Philip, although the two were friends.
On February 7, 1981, he was on a mission with Philip and was fatally stabbed by Nikolai Timoshev. His baby Oscar is later sent back to Russia, to be raised by his parents and Joyce is killed by the KGB.
